Example 2.  4'x10' banner would need 14 grommets, 6 on the top , 6 on the bottom edge and 1 grommet on each side of the banner to hang properly. Reinforced edges are recommended if you plan to hang your banner draping in the wind, which will add  stress to the grommets.
